CLIENT CASE STUDY
Supercity Commercial Interiors
Turning a website into a working digital business platform
The Challenge
Supercity is an established Auckland commercial interiors and property maintenance business. Historically, much of its work came through subcontracting and established relationships, so a substantial direct digital presence had not been a priority.
An opportunity to promote specialist services directly created the need for a digital platform that could establish a professional direct web presence, explain Supercity’s services, capture customer enquiries, support structured quotation requests, establish search infrastructure, and provide a foundation for future automation.
What MaximisedAI Delivered
MaximisedAI delivered a custom code-based website with a controlled source-code and deployment workflow, managed hosting and deployment infrastructure, and Supabase-backed services. The platform includes:
- Customer contact and structured quotation-request workflows
- Automated processing of quotation information
- Email delivery and integration
- Google Business and Search foundations
- Sitemap and indexing foundations
- Analytics and search measurement foundations
- Ongoing platform capability for the business
A Working System, Not Just a Website
The website is part of a broader operating system. Customer information can enter through structured forms, be processed by backend services, and reach the Supercity team in a more useful format. Changes are developed and tested through a controlled development and deployment process rather than being made casually against production.
web + data + automation + controlled deployment
Ongoing Capability
The platform can progressively support additional service content, further workflow automation, richer customer interactions, improved search visibility, measurement and analytics, and additional operational integrations. These are capabilities the platform can grow into, not guaranteed outcomes.
Client Perspective
“MaximisedAI has helped us move beyond simply having a website to having a digital platform that actually supports the business. The technology has been practical, well thought through and built around what we genuinely need, with plenty of scope to automate more as we grow.”
